About Us

1989

It was a beautiful year. I learnt how to spin pizza dough in the traditional Italian way, and I’ve been making pizzas ever since!

2011

I moved to England and started taking my pizza dough to new heights, supplying local restaurants and making and selling pizzas at music festivals.

I chose to focus and hone my commitment to quality and freshness, and it has always served me well.

2023

I spotted a fantastic location on the SW Coast Path down at Dawlish beach and opened my little pizza place, Ancora, in the summer.
